Raised in the Faith Lutheran congregation and a graduate of nearby Northeast High School, Elizabeth Schultz is one of two "daughters of the congregation" serving on the school staff. Graduating from Concordia College, Seward in 1984, her great love for children and desire to share Jesus with them led her to a daycare/preschool position in Bakersfield, California. She saw her call to Faith Lutheran's fledgling school as a "great opportunity to return and serve in the place where my spiritual life was nurtured." Despite the challenges to time and energy, this opportunity has repaid the reward of seeing students mature in their faith.
Liz is married to Ron Schultz, director of a counseling clinic, and her children Luke, Caroline and Megan attend classes at Faith Lutheran School. Besides participating in youth and adult handbell choirs as a director and ringer, and leading LifeLight classes, Liz enjoys reading and family activities.
