HOW DO I PAY MY BILL, PRINT A STATEMENT, OR DOWNLOAD A TAX FORM?

Payments can be made on MyProcare.

Enter the email that Touching Hearts has on file to create or login to your account. You can see your account balance and pay right from this website at any time. The reports option lets you view, print, and download statements and tax forms. If you would like to set up automatic EFT payments, fill out this form and bring it to the Touching Hearts front desk.



HOW WILL I RECEIVE MESSAGES, PHOTOS, AND DAILY SHEETS?

Messages, photos, and daily sheets will now come through Procare Connect (instead of Remind).

Watch for an invite in your email from Procare. Both parents will get an email if we have both on file. This will allow you to download the Procare app or use the website. If you have multiple children, they will all show up under one account.


HOW DO I FIND MY FAMILY PIN ?

Each parent will have their own pin, however they will all function the same.

  • In the Procare app, tap on the menu button and then tap on your name.
  • On the Procare Connect website, once you log in your pin will be on the right side of the screen.


HOW DO I CLOCK IN/OUT?

At the front desk

  • Type your 4-digit family pin into the iPad
  • Select the child(ren) you are clocking in/out
  • Tap the blue sign-in/sign-out button at the bottom of the screen

Contactless Option

  • Open the Procare app on your phone
  • Tap on the QR code option button at the top of the screen
  • Scan the QR code on the iPad at the front desk
  • Select the child(ren) you are clocking in/out
  • Tap the blue sign-in/sign-out button at the bottom of the screen
